ClearSkies Concierge provides points and miles advisory services, including strategy, optimization, and guidance related to travel redemptions. ClearSkies does not operate as a travel agency and does not directly provide transportation, accommodations, or travel services.
- No Guarantee of Outcomes
Client acknowledges that airline award availability, pricing, transfer partner options, and routing are dynamic and outside of ClearSkies’ control. ClearSkies does not guarantee specific flights, pricing, or availability.
- Data Privacy & Security
ClearSkies Concierge does not collect, store, or request sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or credit card details.
- Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for all final booking decisions, including verifying details, availability, and accuracy before completing any travel reservations.
- Subscription & Billing
ClearSkies operates on a subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing.
- Refund Policy
Due to the advisory nature of services and the immediate delivery of strategic guidance, all payments are non-refundable within a billing period.
- Scope of Services
Each service tier includes specific deliverables as outlined on the website. Services are limited to the scope of the selected tier. Additional work or expanded scope may require an upgrade or separate agreement.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearSkies Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed flights, schedule changes, or loss of points. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services.
- Third-Party Providers
ClearSkies is not responsible for the actions, errors, or changes made by airlines, hotels, credit card programs, or other third-party providers.
- Changes to Services
ClearSkies reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, or terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
